Reminder –The first test of the “Presidential Alert” which is part of the National Wireless Emergency Alert System is scheduled for 2:18 p.m. today. At that time an alert will be sent to all cellphones in America stating “THIS IS A TEST of the National Wireless Emergency Alert System. No action is needed.” In addition to this, a second test will take place on TV and radio at 2:20 p.m. The system is a new way to notify Americans across the country of national emergencies.

Students in Honors English IV are using the Makers Space to build Frankenstein monsters. Once each group has created a monster they have to write a ghost story about it. Students will then present their projects in front of the class using the green screen.
