Welcome to Felicity-Franklin Local School District! We are happy you have chosen our District for your child’s educational experience. 

Note: If you do not live in the FFLSD, but are interested in registering your child(ren), per Board Policy, you must submit an OPEN ENROLLMENT application in addition to the steps listed on the appropriate registration page. Open Enrollment opens each year on March 1st and closes on April 30th.  Decision letters are mailed no later than June 30th each year.
